Vigilo reads the care notes your team already wrote, takes the names out before anything leaves the building, and turns what's left into a record that holds up — falls, wounds, safeguarding, hospital, open until someone closes them properly.
01 — The paste
Written in a hurry, half in shorthand, nobody proofreading. Paste it as your team left it — pseudonymisation happens in your browser, before a byte is stored. The server has never met Margaret. Only [RES-04].
02 — The sort
A fall, a transfer, a bruise nobody can explain, a refused dose, a quiet evening. Each one lifted out, put where it belongs, and stamped into a timeline that doesn't move afterwards.
03 — The recognition
A bruise with no explanation is not just an incident. Vigilo tests it against the ten statutory abuse types and the three limbs of the Section 42 duty — and tells you which limb the record actually evidences and which it does not. You decide. It shows its working.
04 — The audit
Care plans, risk assessments, mental capacity, consents — section by section, resident by resident. It finds the falls assessment that predates the fall, the DoLS with no capacity assessment behind it, the plan that would read the same for anybody. Every finding quotes your own record back at you.

05 — The close
A case stays open where you can see it until someone signs it off with a date, a decision and a name against it. Then when the local authority asks for March, you don't rebuild March. You export it.

If the words are not in your notes, the finding is dropped before it reaches you. Not softened, not hedged — dropped.
There is no grade field anywhere in the system, on purpose. You get observations to verify with the evidence attached. It does not sit in judgement on your home.
Not one field. There is no write tool. A review date moves when a human presses the button, and corrections are voids with a reason — never a silent edit.
